Alright, So things have been going pretty well in the workout department..still trying to will myself to want to eat super healthy which has been hard since cam seems to love and i mean love junk food! but its all good. As of last week I had lost 2.5 pounds WOOHOO. but the weekend was a little slacking and I bet i have gained them back but i guess we will see when i head to the gym tonight. I think i am going to buy a pedometer so i can count my steps- mom ssays 10,000 a day is what your supposed to do. I have started parking at the far side of the parking lot which adds 200 steps to my day, so im 1/50th of the way to ten thousand!! little things count though so that helps.
drinking my huge bottle of water every day has helped too, i hope- or else all this peeing is just annoying instead of helping!!!
right now im trying to convince cam to let me spend $200 on this super colon cleanse that lasts 3 months, ive heard that most people store anywher from 5-25 pounds af crap-yes literally crap- in the intestines and colon. im hoping i have 25- cuz then id be so much closer to my goal of losing 40 pounds!!
well, thats my update. Ill keep letting you all know how its going. and i will try to do it more regularily.
